Virtual Venue

The conference will be held on-line using Zoom meetings. You can participate from a desktop or mobile client application, or from a desktop with a compatible web browser (but with a limited functionality). The application can be downloaded from https://www.zoom.us/downloadLink opens in a new tab. 

The meeting link will be sent to you at the first day of the conference.

It is important to update your Zoom application to the latest version prior to joining the conference to be able to use all its features.

During the conference there will be breakout rooms available by the Zoom application. They will be open just right after each session. Each room will be dedicated to a conversation with a different speaker from the most recent session.

At the end of the first day of the conference there will be a VR event organized in AltspaceVR social meeting space. It will be available to all the participants either from a desktop application in a traditional flat screen 2D view or with a VR headset (HTC, Oculus, Windows MR) for a fully immersive 3D experience.

After you set everything up you should see the conference event under My Events tab around an hour before the event. Remember that your Altspace account must be registered with the same e-mail that you have given us in the registration form.
